The AcroYoga workshop was great….i was broken by the end of it, but it was great….learnt new moves, but the best part of it was meeting and making new friends!
Valeria Maggiali and Francesco Semino are two really awesome people – so friendly and kind…i can’t wait for the next AcroYoga Montreal workshop with them!!!!
Check out their website to stay informed with where they are and what they’re doing!

AcroYoga Workshop THIS weekend!
This weekend i’ll be attending my very first Acro Yoga workshop at Spazio Luce with Francesco Semino & Valeria Maggiali and i’m so incredibly excited!!! I’ve been attending these Acro Yoga evenings for a while now….every Wednesday from 7.30/8pm…i’ve enjoyed these so much…i just had to sign up for the workshop!
The workshop actually starts tonight, 8-11pm, but since i’m teaching Vinyasa Flow @ Latin Gem from 7.30-8.30pm, i have to skip tonight and start tomorrow instead.
On saturday the workshop starts at 10am – 1pm then we break for lunch and start again at 2pm – 6pm….and on Sunday the timings are pretty much the same, the only difference is that we end at 5pm. I’m hoping to get some good pix tomorrow to share with you.
There will be another AcroYoga workshop in Milan in May, 4th & 5th at Be Yoga Center….more details to come on that.
Speaking of AcroYoga – the AcroYogi’s at Spazio Luce & I will be taking AcroYoga to this year’s 8th National Circus Schools Convention, which will be taking place in April 25.26.27 in Sarzana, Liguria! We can’t wait – so excited about this! We are currently working on the workshops that we will be teaching at the event as well as a little piece to perform at the very end! Check out their website and especially the workshop section, it lists all of the workshops that will be taking place and that you can attend….some pretty amazing stuff! Can’t wait to try some! I’m especially excited about the silks! 🙂
Hmm what else? oooOooh yes! Along with the usual yoga classes, I will be bringing AcroYoga to this year’s FESTA DELLA MUSICA 2013!
Program still to be finalized, but as soon as it’s ready, i’ll be releasing it on here! 🙂
Here’s the latest flyer with the dates – save them!
Hope to see you at one or all of the above events! Ciao x

My AcroYoga crew and I are working hard on prepping the 6 workshops we will be having (2 a day) as well as a little performance at the very end!
More info to come on this as well as pix!
For now, i’ll leave you with this these pix which were taken last Wednesday – more to come – and with this really cool acroyoga vid! Amazing stuff!
Happy Easter! x

Tina Pizzimenti Ashtanga Vinyasa Workshop
This weekend, February 23-24, i’ll be attending Tina Pizzimenti’s Ashtanga Vinyasa Workshop @ Mi.As.Yo. Milano Ashtanga Yoga in via Domenichino 11 (red metro line, Amendola stop).
The workshop will start with a Mysore-style class tomorrow morning followed by Pranayama lesson followed by a Q&A session; on Sunday the day starts with a Mysore-style class followed by a technical class – details to be revealed tomorrow.
Here’s more info and background on Tina:
And to make things more interesting guess what i’m starting tomorrow? A Sanskrit course! It’s a 5 week course where i’ll be learning to read and write! Can’t wait! The class lasts 1.5hrs – we meet every Saturday afternoon, 3-4.30pm at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center.
Devanagari – l’Alfabeto Sanskrito
Devananagari vuole dire “lingua dei Dei.” In questo corso impariamo a scrivere e leggere foneticamente l’alfabeto di sanskrit che permette pronuncia piu’ accurata di mantra e versi in sanskrito.
