Happy New Year Yogis!!!!
2015 wasn’t a very good year posts wise, but i do hope that 2016 will mean more Yoga and more Blog posts!!! So let me start with announcing my new schedule!

Monday:
13-14.30 – Vinyasa Flow // DownTown Cavour
19.30-21 – Vinyasa Flow // DownTown Diaz

Tuesday:
10-11.30 – Vinyasa Flow // DownTown Diaz
19.30-21 – Vinyasa Flow // DownTown Cavour

Wednesday:
13-14.30 – Vinyasa Flow // DownTown Cavour

Thursday:
13-14.30 – Vinaysa Flow // DownTown Diaz

I’ve written Downtown above, but as they’ve been bought by Virgin, i think they’ll be changing their names to Virgin 🙂
